Regent Ramkhamhaeng and Apartment

The room was modern and the furniture was nice, with fast internet and a small balcony where I could smoke. The restaurant on site had good food at very good prices compared with hotel restaurants, and the location is perfect if you want to stay in a Muslim area. A mall, bus stop, and 7/11 are a one-minute walk away. They gave me an extra room key without me even asking. There’s also a prayer room with an ablution area, which was interesting. The staff were very good and welcoming, especially the restaurant staff. Everything else was great, but I did have two issues: there’s no safe in the room for valuables, and the bathroom has no ventilation, so the steam stays after a shower. I used to leave the door open. Ventilation could be added from the bathroom to the balcony, with gypsum or a lighting profile to hide the duct.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but I did have dinner there. The restaurant looked clean, which gave me a good impression of the accommodation too. It’s easy to reach from the sign on the main road, and Ramkamhaeng University is about a five-minute walk away. I consider it one of the best Halal hotels and restaurants on Ramkamhaeng Road, and think everyone should stay and try it.

The food is great, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and a good size, with shops and a shopping centre just around the corner. Good value for the money 👍

The room itself was serviceable, and the staff were very helpful. The lobby tiles are all busted, though, and you’ll have to take the stairs to get to your room. Bring your own toilet paper.
