I paid for 6 nights and had proof of payment, but never even saw a room inside. They wanted me to pay double. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. Don't go there!

The senior receptionist gave me information with a bad attitude and looked down on me. I'm not sure if she is the owner or an employee. This is just my opinion, and I don't know whether receptionists on another ship will be nice to you or not.

The room smelled musty, and there was no hot water. The sink was attached only with silicone, the sheets had stains and probably hadn't been changed, and when it rained, water appeared on the ceiling and walls. The worst experience of my life. I don't recommend it.

For 600 bht, it's a nice big room for a tight budget. Room 711 was clean, with a fridge, cool aircon, a nice firm bed, and clean sheets. The toilet seat wasn't stable, though. If you're expecting the usual hotel things, this isn't the place for you.

I booked an 18qm room with a balcony, but on arrival they only had a very dirty 10qm room without one. Water was coming out of the toilett, so I canceled, but they charged me 450bath for canceling. Very bad. Better not go there.
