My room was messy, and there were ants and mites that I had to deal with myself. When I asked for a refund so I could leave, they refused, even a partial one. I lost my appetite staying there. The area didn’t offer anything worthwhile enough to justify the price. Disgusting and shameful, it’s hard to believe they can charge that much.

A clean, new place with a Swedish style, and a nice budget option.

The building seems new or newly renovated, and most of the time it was quiet. I stayed for three weeks. One woman who seemed to work there talked very loudly near the front. Even from inside my room, about 10 meters away, I could hear her like thunder. I couldn’t complain because she was just chatting, but it upset me. She should speak more softly or chat outside. There’s no washer or dryer on the property, so I used the coin laundry three minutes away. Bring about 200 baht: detergent was 10, washing 60, and drying 40. They have a coin changer but don’t take cards. You need to wait around an hour there without air conditioning. On the first day I noticed a strange bad smell and thought it might be the mattress. The next day I traced it to the window and under the sink cabinet. It smelled like sewage all day and night, and drove me crazy. I was on the first floor, maybe it’s different on the second. I bought a large trash bag and tape to block the window and cabinet door. The owner should seal the window to stop the smell. I hope they fix these things. After they did, the owner could reply here that the issues were fixed, and thank me for pointing them out. Big C market is about 15 minutes away by taxi. The mall has Pizza Hut, KFC, and lots of restaurants, and it’s a good place to visit.

I couldn’t stay even 48 hours. The room was in terrible shape when I arrived, and the experience wasn’t pleasant. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
