Sabai Sathorn Serviced Apartment

The hotel faces a cemetery, so keep that in mind. It's conveniently between two convenience stores, with lots of cafes nearby. Rooms are very dated, and there was a lot of dust under the bed. The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Having to collect a pool towel at reception and return it there was a hassle, and room cleaning is every two days. You also need to leave a 500 baht deposit. I wouldn't consider this a 4-star hotel.

I've stayed here many times, and each visit has been a great experience. The rooms are always spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. It's quiet and close to both high-end restaurants and budget places. The location works well whether you arrive by car or train, and the train is five minutes away, with major tourist attractions centrally located from here. I rate the place 5 stars, not because everything is absolutely perfect, but because my experience has always been perfect. The staff are excellent, and Kwanjai is still the friendliest and most helpful person I've met in Thailand.

We've stayed here three times and had good visits each time. We like the apartment-style rooms, with a separate bedroom and kitchen, and they've always been clean. It's close to the train, restaurants, 7-11, and small markets. The one thing we'd change is the pool closing at 8 pm. We'd like it to stay open later.

We came back for a second stay because we liked it so much the first time. The place is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the staff are lovely, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Local street food is right outside, the BTS station is around the corner, and there are plenty of little pubs and cafes nearby to relax in. Sabai Sathorn feels cozy and convenient, just right for us.
