Sathorn Gardens

The rooftop running track has amazing views, and there are plenty of places for families too, with indoor and outdoor playrooms. I’ve also enjoyed having two tennis courts, a pool, yoga room, and a well-equipped gym in the building. The rooms feel more spacious than in many newer Bangkok condos, which makes day-to-day living more comfortable. Living on Sathorn Road puts me right in Bangkok’s financial district. Mahanakhon Building, The Sukhothai, The Standard, Banyan Tree, and my favorite mall, One Bangkok, are all a short walk or drive away. Knight Frank manages the building well, and it feels secure. I’ve really enjoyed living here.

There are facilities for pretty much every age group here, including an indoor and outdoor kids' play area, tennis and squash courts, a snooker room, yoga room, pool, gym, small cafe, and laundry. It's a family-friendly condominium in the heart of Sathorn.

The condo is nice, but dealing with the homeowners has been unreasonable. A lot of agents in Thailand seem unprofessional and don't distinguish ordinary wear and tear from real damage. I wouldn't expect to get your two-month deposit back after moving out.

The rooms are big, but this is an old property that needs an upgrade. The facilities could use improvement too.
