The staff were adorable, and you can tell management pays attention to the details. It's a very nice hotel in a quiet spot, yet still close to the busy area. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable and well kept, and the fresh apple smell in the lobby and rooms was lovely. There was a jar of coconut cookies by reception, a nice little treat before or after exploring the city. Go on, don't mind if I do! Central BKK took 30-40 minutes by Grab scooter, or longer by taxi depending on traffic. I didn't mind; that's part of the city experience. The soundproofing could be better, since we could hear the neighbors. One night a drunk guy from UK seemed to get rowdy and shout at 2am. The hotel provided earplugs, so they must know about the issue. Still, it was a solid stay and I loved my time in Bangkok. I didn't get to try the pool, so I'll come back for that. The parting gift was a surprise ✌🏽

The staff were really nice and friendly, and the shuttle helped, since there aren't many restaurants within walking distance. But the room, though cozy and nice, felt poor value for money because the soundproofing was so bad. I heard every noise from next door, even the toilet flushing above, and people talking and getting water late at night in the guest pantry right outside my room.

The free shuttle to and from the train was a great service, and we used it a lot. Staff and service were amazing, and breakfast was incredible, with some of the best orange juice I've ever had.
