The location is convenient, with an underground station just across the road and coffee shops in The Parq office building. The rooftop pool is lovely, with great views and enough length for proper laps. The 27th-floor bar and restaurant also have impressive views of Bangkok and the river in the distance, though drinks cost what you'd expect at a five-star hotel and there are no free snacks to take the edge off. Breakfast was very good, with a menu and as much food as you want. This serviced apartment seems very new, maybe only a year old, and everything was in good condition. The spacious rooms have small kitchens, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. They gave us six small bottles of water when we arrived. Staff English wasn't very strong, so some issues were hard to sort out. We had mosquitoes the first night, and getting someone to spray took effort since housekeeping is only there at certain times. The multifunction toilet has washing and drying features, which are nice, but it's very small, easily too small for a male Farang. The TV isn't connected to satellite or an aerial, so there's no TV if that's something you want.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment through booking.com and stayed for a week. The gym and infinity pool are on the 33rd floor. The gym has a nice view and fairly new equipment, and the pool looks out over Bangkok. We really loved this place.

This is my second stay here, and it's been a 100 experience. The room is nice, and the place is excellent. Special thanks to Nalinya for being so kind when we checked in. The reception staff are lovely and professional.

The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in, and it was quiet at night. Housekeeping cleaned the room perfectly every day and replenished everything, including plenty of drinking water. The shower pressure was fantastic. The pool and gym worked well for my lunch break, too. I'd order a Grab and it would arrive just as I finished working out. We're two digital nomads, and both the bedroom and living room had desks and comfortable chairs, so we could work well. Internet was fast enough for large uploads and video calls. The place was clean and organized throughout. Staff, including housekeeping and the concierge, were friendly and professional, though many speak only basic English. The location was the one drawback for us. Besides the nearby train station, there's little within walking distance, apart from a 7-11 about 10 minutes away. On the way to the station there's a very smelly cesspit, and the hotel borders an area of very basic housing, which feels like a sharp contrast with the hotel's luxury. I'd consider staying again on my next Bangkok visit. Actually, 4.5 stars.
