The room was spacious, and for the price I thought it was worth it, though it felt a bit run down. The reception staff were very helpful, as was the guard at the entrance. It’s within walking distance of the blue line metro, in a fairly ordinary neighborhood where you can see local day-to-day life if that appeals to you.

Ollie is awesome. Listen to her suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The MRT is a short walk away, but there isn’t much nearby, so expect to walk or take a motorbike to get around. I had an amazing stay and would come back to Bangkok and stay here again. It’s a dope place as long as you respect the other guests.

The staff were the best part for us: friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way. We stayed in a deluxe double away from the tennis court view, and it was large and quiet. The pool was very clean and great for lap swimming. A 25m pool at this room rate is unusual, I think. The residential location is a little out of the way, but it’s quiet and feels safe. We really liked the place and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and the room was incredible value for its size. One window looked out to sunrise over Bangkok, and the other caught the sunset. The nearest sky train station is about a five-minute walk, making it easy to get into the city and to the sights.

Had a great day by the pool. The workers are incredibly nice, and they make the best homemade lemonade for just 25 baht. If you want a morning swim, this is a place to come.
