They took 6,516 baht from my 10,000 baht deposit, leaving 3,484 baht, which they returned on checkout day. The charges included 80 baht for water and 2,256 baht for electricity, even though I only used the air conditioner at night for a few days. There was a 600 baht cleaning fee and 600 baht plus 80 baht for air conditioner cleaning. The room was almost spotless, apart from a few old stains, but they deducted 1,500 baht for painting. One broken mirror cost 800 baht, which I can accept, though I think 2,000 baht would have made more sense for a completely broken mirror. They also charged 600 baht to clean the curtain 🙄

They kept 5,600 from the 10,000 deposit, leaving 4,400, and the deductions are extremely harsh. Living in this dorm has felt exploitative. Don’t choose to live here. The water and electricity bills are excessive, you could practically live in a condo for that price.
