The place was dirty, smelly, and noisy. I’ve traveled around the world for over 15 years, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. It shouldn’t be listed on Agoda. The owner and staff are a joke and have no business in hospitality. I hope it gets closed. A real shame.

I left because the room was so bad I couldn’t sleep. It was dirty, the bed was filthy, and there were ants in the rooms. I also saw mice on the fourth floor. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Watch out for this trap.

I paid for 10 days in advance, but left for different lodging within two hours after two friends of the staff menaced and threatened me. They later claimed I had fought with the two men. That’s a lie. I left without responding, and had to return the next morning with a police escort to get my belongings. They kept my money and can rebook the same room to someone else because they don’t give refunds. In my case it felt like a total scam. The room was small, stuffy, extremely dirty, and unlike the advertised pictures. The aircon didn’t work, there was no soap or other toiletries, and not even a towel. The bedding looked dirty and smelled. The door had no usable lock. There was filth and a lack of amenities, and the weed shop on the premises wasn’t mentioned. Staff were sleeping on the office floor and reluctant to get up for me at reception. They know people won’t stay there, and their setup lets them take payment and resell the room. If you value your safety, health, and belongings, don’t stay here.

I couldn’t last even two hours, though I’d paid for two days. The first room, number 11 on the first floor, smelled so strongly of mold that I got a headache within 20 minutes. I still had one after leaving the hotel. They moved me to another room, but the aircon didn’t work in either one, and neither room had windows or fresh air. Both beds were painful, with the coils digging into me. The second bathroom smelled really bad. There was no TV remote, no water provided, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. This was the first time I’ve ever left a hotel. The whole stay felt like a nightmare.
