The check-in time is officially 3:00 pm, but the booking form asked when I expected to arrive, and I clearly said 10:00-11:00 am. When I got there, the lobby door was closed and there was no one at all. I called their number, but it kept forwarding. Awful!

I called the police after the landlord finally calmed down. On May 14th, he got drunk, shouted and banged on a guest's door, then swore loudly. I had paid extra to bring my cat, but he cursed at me, threatened to kill the cat, and kicked my door hard enough to crack it and break the inside lock. The police said this kind of thing happens often around here. The price may be cheap, but I wouldn't come here. Take this as a warning. If you want to challenge the landlord, go ahead.

We were left outside with our bags after a long trip, and there wasn't even anywhere to leave them or look around. The door had a notice saying check-in was from 4pm to 10pm, but nobody was there. Two other guests were waiting too, and one had been told someone would arrive at noon, but no one showed up. They won't cancel the booking or return our money. This feels like a scam. Don't book here, they waste your time and keep your money.
