The staff were helpful and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast came free when I booked online, but it wasn’t included at all if you paid there. There are two 7/11s nearby. This seems like one of the better hotels in the area, though getting a cab to the airport from this location was a challenge.

Nearby there are lots of cheap places to eat and two 7 11 convenience stores, which are good points. But sleeping was hard because the room barely kept out the traffic noise late at night. The room itself was crawling with cockroaches. I spotted several on the floor and in the bathroom as soon as I walked in. I got rid of them and hoped that was it, but when we woke up, my friend’s face was swollen, presumably from insect bites while we slept. The room environment was terrible.

I paid 24 gbp for one night, even though a 5 star hotel was 34 gbp and a 4 star one was 29 gbp. The following day, Agoda listed this hotel at 15 gbp. Given the condition, I’d say it’s worth 10 gbp. It’s old and scruffy, and I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

The woman at reception was terrible, and traffic noise in the room went on all day.

The price is fair, and the rooms are very large, with two beds, one of them a double. It’s mostly very clean. Breakfast is included, though I haven’t tried it yet, maybe next time. They provide shampoo, a very basic toothbrush, and two towels.
