The Key Point Hotel

I stayed here for a long time and was happy with my choice. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hosts were incredible and always available if any problems came up. Amazing hotel!

I’ve stayed here a few times, and the price and service are both good and very reasonable. There’s a mall with massage places and restaurants right opposite, and Central World is only about 15 minutes away. I’ll come back.

Even though my room wasn’t on the road side, I could hear everything at night. Anyone who has trouble sleeping should avoid this place. It’s not worth the price, and you can find better rates elsewhere. The staff member was rude too. When I was explaining why I was there, he said there was no need for me to talk or explain in detail. Is that how service staff should act? 🙄

We liked the local neighborhood feel, and food was easy to get through Grab delivery. There’s also a 7/11, Starbucks, and restaurants within walking distance, plus a cafe downstairs. The hotel has a pool too, though we didn’t try either the pool or cafe. Vehicle noise was noticeable, but with the doors shut properly it didn’t disturb our sleep. We relaxed here after a flight and enjoyed the stay. The room was simple, spacious, and good value, with strong air conditioning, plenty of hot water, a balcony, big glass walls, and a decent flat-screen TV. The mattress, pillows, and comforter were comfortable. They supplied bottled water and did housekeeping daily. Even with the do-not-disturb sign up, housekeeping kindly left water and toilet paper outside our door. There wasn’t an electric kettle, which would have been useful for tea or coffee after a late airport arrival. There was no bathroom soap either, though we bring our own, but soap should be provided. A refundable 500 baht cash deposit was required at check-in and returned when we checked out. We recommend the hotel.
