My wife and I stayed at Renaissance Hotel Bangkok from 23-25 December 2025 in Room 2016. As a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Elite member, I’ve stayed at many hotels, and Mook at R Bar gave us a particularly memorable welcome. We came in late after dinner, when the kitchen had closed, and she greeted us with a genuine smile and warm Thai hospitality. When we asked for crisps, she cheerfully arranged them through room service, even though she was the only staff member there and the kitchen was closed. Her kindness and willingness to help made a real difference. Mook is a credit to the hotel, and I hope this feedback is shared with her so her effort is recognized.

Being close to the BTS station made Renaissance Hotel Bangkok an easy venue to reach for the Zoomtopia Road to Thailand 2025 event, including for local and international guests. The hotel’s modern, spacious rooms worked well for a large conference and gave people room to talk and network. The grand entrance made a strong first impression, and the event had plenty of food, drinks, and snacks to keep everyone going through the day. With its useful spaces and good service, it suited the conference well. I left with a memorable impression of the event’s logistics and hospitality.

Pig, the Front Office Manager, and the Club Lounge Team helped make our Bangkok trip special, and I’m grateful to all the staff. The team’s warmth and care showed in every interaction, with thoughtful attention throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time at the Renaissance Bangkok Hotel and will definitely return on our next trip. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service.

The room was spacious, and the indoor pool on the 21st floor was splendid. The fitness center had new equipment and a great view from that floor. Breakfast was good, with the usual choices, and check-in was smooth with friendly staff overall. My one disappointment was that, as a Bonvoy Gold Member traveling with two friends, I didn’t get an upgrade.

The suite upgrade on level 20 was excellent, and the Club Lounge service on level 21 was top-notch. Chef Poey at the Lounge was especially welcoming, while Boo took care of the little details and made sure everything went smoothly. OH in housekeeping was very kind, and MOSS at the Club Lounge was polite, attentive, and remembered my preferences. As a Marriott Ambassador, I felt well looked after. Breakfast had lots of options even with my food allergies, and the gym, sauna, and steam room were all fantastic. Getting around was easy too, with the BTS and major shopping malls nearby, plus massage places within walking distance and a skyway for when it rained. My only small gripe was hearing neighboring doors open and close in the mornings sometimes. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d recommend the hotel for its convenience and service.
