Club Mahindra Mac Boutique Hotel

We were worried when our flight was postponed because the hotel was fully booked, but the staff managed to arrange a room for us the next day. That thoughtful help turned a stressful situation around. Service was great from the start. The receptionist was welcoming, the luggage clerk handled our bags with care, and the kitchen staff and room attendants were consistently hospitable. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, and a lovely way to start each day. We were very happy with the comfort and service here, and would gladly return. I’d recommend it whether you’re traveling alone, with family, or for work.

I’m a Club Mahindra purple member and had stayed here every year for a conference since 2022. My first three stays were great. The 2026 visit was the worst. For four days, the room wasn’t cleaned even after I asked. Some staff were nice, but two new employees made me feel they had a problem with Indians. When I said I’d complain, one of them, whose name tag said CHAKRIT, told me to take a photo of his tag and had an attitude like nothing could be done to him. The other was the only night shift housekeeping staff member available on the night of 1 March. He cleaned my room as if he were throwing things around. I tried explaining the problems to reception twice, but they responded with explanations instead of taking action. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and releases these staff members from duty. Thailand is known for polite, helpful people. Mac boutique used to be a happy place for me, but after four visits to Thailand, this has become the worst place I’ve experienced here. I hope this review helps Mac boutique return to the hospitality it had before.

The internet was by far the fastest I had on my Asia trip, with around 23 ms latency and consistently over 60 MB/s. Plenty of places claim speeds like that, but here it really delivered. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. They noticed I had video calls and turned down the music in the public area without me asking. They also carried my luggage several times on their own. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were good. It’s centrally located and the price is fair. I’d definitely come back, especially if you work while traveling or care about quality.

The staff were good and the location was good too. We were put in rooms in the adjacent building, though, and the key card didn’t work properly. The old AC units were noisy and didn’t work as they should. We changed rooms on day two, but that room had its own challenges.
