The dorm rules were unbearable. We paid rent every month, but still weren’t allowed to bring anyone into our room. The service was awful, and the bald security guard spoke to us as if we were staying for free. Before we left, we were charged a lot for various things. We couldn’t even finish our one-year contract and had to give up the deposit. The whole experience was unbearable and bad for my mental health.

Think hard before staying here. The rules are excessive and unnecessary, the communication is unprofessional, and every little thing seems to mean another charge. The price isn’t cheap either. I left feeling like I’d lost money, my feelings, and my mental health. There’s no empathy to ask for, and complaining won’t improve anything; it only gets worse. It’s 300% negative energy, enough to put a damper on your bright days.

Before I moved in, he spoke kindly to us. Afterward, it was like we were begging to stay, and the guy with the tomboy haircut was rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. Residents aren’t your slaves. We pay you, so you should speak politely, and consideration is a must. I would’ve left if not for the security deposit. Anyone thinking of staying should think carefully. This is a very toxic society.

The room and location are good, but the staff are awful, especially the admin. I’ve never dealt with anyone like this. They’re rude, constantly finding fault, and act as if they’re asking for a free place to stay. Their words, manners, and kindness are all lacking. I know there are a lot of rules, but some are unreasonable and weren’t clearly explained to tenants. You’re better off staying somewhere else. Only one maintenance worker was nice.
