River Side Bangkok

The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout, and the live show was fun and entertaining. I was impressed by the value for the price, with the food, service, and entertainment all being excellent. Cruising the Chao Phraya River at night gave me a beautiful view of Bangkok that you can't get from land. The temples, bridges, and skyline lit up and reflected on the water, making the whole trip feel peaceful and a little magical. The buffet had plenty of Thai and international choices, was well organized, and everything I tried was delicious. Dining while moving slowly along the river made the evening feel special and relaxing. A memorable way to spend an evening and see the city from a different angle.

The room and its view were good, but the way the team handled our early check-in was inappropriate. Before the trip, I asked because we were arriving at 6 AM. They confirmed it was available for a 500 TBH charge. When we got there, they refused the room and told us to wait until 2 PM. We waited an hour, and even after 5-7 rooms checked out, they still wouldn't let us in early. We had to move to another nearby hotel for 6-8 hours. It felt like harassment. Anyone planning an early check-in, don't trust them.

I've been coming back to this hotel over time, and my experience has been wonderful. The friendliness and attention from all the staff stand out, especially the housekeeping team. Every corner seems clean, from the bedroom and mattress to the pillows, blankets, and bathroom. A special thank you to Khun Kritpaphawat, the Housekeeping Manager. He looked after me when I was sick until I recovered, even washing my clothes and checking if I needed help. I appreciate it so much and won't forget it. The team on the 9th floor has done a great job, and you all are why I keep returning. Thanks again for the TV. Cheers!

I've stayed in both the deluxe and superior rooms, and I prefer the superior. The rooms are excellent, and I really like the bathtubs. The hot water works well, unlike at other hotels around Nonthaburi in a similar price range where I've stayed. It's good value, and a high floor gives you nice views of the river and Bangkok skyline.
