The room is clean, but the manager is rude and not much help. This was my last stay here.

The night shift guard was completely unhelpful and did nothing about any problems overnight. She was the only one who spoke rudely, the short-haired one.

I used to stay here monthly and often brought the male night caretaker gifts, even clothes for myself and my girlfriend. Still, I overheard him complaining about the air conditioning in our room. I’d already asked him to come check it because we were paying over 7,000 baht a month and the room wasn’t cool, even with both the air conditioner and fan running. We were very disappointed. Some nights he’s asleep at 11 PM, and gets annoyed when we try to open the door. He has a foul mouth and often makes unpleasant faces at residents and daily customers. He needs to stop being rude to customers and guests, or quit if he doesn’t want to work. I wonder whether the building owner knows that daily tenants don’t want to stay because of this old man. A room for 5,000 baht plus 1,000 baht for parking is very expensive, especially in an old building. The owner should look into the behavior of two people, or replace them if things are to improve: the male night caretaker and the short-haired cleaning lady who likes to gossip about tenants.

The price is very reasonable for this area, especially if you’re fine with a basic stay. The rooms aren’t new, but they’re good value and work well for a quick fix. The air conditioning is cool and the internet is fast. The TV has an old-school, classic retro look.

It’s a quiet room on the main road, conveniently near a 7-11 at the entrance to Soi Prachasongkro 23. The room costs 600 baht with a 200 baht deposit. Check-in and check-out are both at noon, and they provide toast in the morning. You get a key card, hot water, a TV, a mini-fridge, a small kitchenette with a sink, and cool air conditioning. It’s easy to walk to 7-11 for food and drinks, then keep them in the fridge. The bed is very bouncy.
