I live on the seventh floor and have a nice city view. The condo is peaceful and quiet, the neighbours are respectful, and the building is well maintained with a good juristic office. The downside is guest parking costs 1,000 THB per day, with no stamp system.

Clean and quiet, with a gym that’s enough for a workout and a pool that’s rarely busy. The location works really well between the BTS and MRT, and El Mercado is nearby if you’re missing food from home. The place itself is nice. Staff were the downside for me: I’ve never seen people so careless or unhelpful, and the issue wasn’t just that they didn’t speak English. This was my experience in 2020, so I hope things have improved.

The two security guards on duty are always there and really friendly. There’s a small pool and gym in the complex, too. For getting around, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the blue metro line and 15 minutes to the green Skytrain. You can also take a motor taxi downtown for 35-70 baht.
