The Path Siam

The room was spacious and spotless, with a balcony, and everything seemed new and well cared for after what looks like a recent renovation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Path Hotel is tucked into a quiet side street in the center, so there's no street noise. MBK is about a 10-minute walk behind the hotel, National Stadium and Ratchathewi BTS stations are nearby, and the next 7-Eleven is around five minutes away. The walls are thin, so sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms can be annoying, but the price makes that easy to overlook. Check-in requires a 1,000 THB cash deposit. It wasn't a problem since I was staying in Thailand afterward, but the hotel could offer card payment for people flying straight home. A pleasant stay, and I'd return.

The rooms were gorgeous and very clean, and the hotel had recently been renovated. We stayed two nights at the start of our trip around Thailand and were really happy with it. It's on a quiet side street overlooking the river, with several Siam area malls and the Sealife Centre within a 10-30 minute walk. The railway station is also walkable, and 7-Eleven is about five minutes away for essentials. The street food markets are absolutely worth trying!

There was loads of space, and the listing on Trip.com matched the place exactly. Check-in was great, the service was perfect, and housekeeping was polite and efficient. It was clean too. I'll stay here again.

We liked how quiet the alley setting was, with little traffic noise from Sukhumvit Road. Our King Studio felt calm and spacious after busy Bangkok, and the hotel seemed new, modern, clean, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. The bathroom was large, water pressure and temperature stayed good, there were plenty of outlets, and the air conditioning was powerful but quiet. A few things could be better: the Wi-Fi lagged at times, and drinking water should be left outside daily even with the Do Not Disturb sign on. The room switch indicators are confusing too: Do Not Disturb lights green outside, while Make Up Room lights red, and those should be reversed. We stayed three nights and would happily recommend The Path Siam and stay again.
