The bed was too hard for me, and I struggled to sleep well. A better mattress would make the stay more comfortable. Otherwise, I had a positive experience: the area near Wutthakat Skytrain station is convenient, the surroundings are pleasant, and people were friendly and welcoming.

Getting around was easy, with good transport connections, night markets nearby and a Seven-Eleven right next door. Our host was so warm and made us feel welcome. The room was cozy, beautifully furnished with care, and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend this hotel!

The street noise doesn't disappear completely, but the green space, nicely decorated rooms and lovely hosts make up for it. Our terrace felt like an urban garden. A food highlight was the vendors outside 7-Eleven on weekday evenings.

We came back to Thailand this year after living in New Zealand for about 8 years, and needed somewhere for two nights while our house was being cleaned. We found this hidden gem and had a great stay. The owner was lovely, and all the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. There are plenty of nearby places to eat, including several restaurants downstairs. BTS, taxis and motorcycles are all close by too. It's affordable, and we felt we got more than we paid for. We'd recommend staying here when visiting Bangkok.

I've stayed with this host three times now, and my next booking will be here too. The host and staff are super friendly. It's a reasonable price, with local street food nearby and just a 2-minute walk to the skytrain. Five stars reserved, cheers.
