The Residences at C&C

Getting around the city was easy from this central spot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast tasted good and had enough variety. We had a fantastic stay and would choose the place again. I’d happily recommend it.

It’s about a 7-minute walk to BTS Asok and roughly 9 minutes to MRT Sukhumvit, and there’s a laundry area on the 4th floor. The room had lots of table space and closet shelving, so there was plenty of room to unpack. The WiFi was fast and dependable, with its own access point in each room, and the large Samsung smart TV looked new. The shower had strong pressure and the temperature was easy to adjust. Water only flooded the area when the pressure was turned all the way up. When I skipped housekeeping, fresh towels were left in a bag every few days and two bottles of water were put outside daily. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked 2.5 weeks at C&C Residences, hoping to move into a larger room with a kitchen for the last 7 days so my in-laws would be more comfortable. When we asked partway through the stay, staff said nothing was available, so we moved them to another hotel for the final 8 nights of their holiday. After telling the staff we’d be checking out early, they directed us to the manager about a refund or partial refund and gave us two phone numbers. Neither number was answered. I then contacted them through the booking platform, but was told there would be no refund. The mixed messages were the most frustrating part. Staff had encouraged us to contact management, but we got no reply and then a flat refusal. We’d tried to sort out an upgrade in advance and been told it couldn’t be done. The whole thing felt unfair. Clear, consistent communication would have made a big difference.

The patio was awesome, and the location was great, with a short walk to the BTS and a 7-11 close by. Staff were friendly. My unit had a large fridge and kettle but no microwave or washer. Good option for a short stay. The huge TV had cable with lots of American channels, including the River Monster Network and Deal or no Deal. You can also use US apps like Prime and Netflix.
