The staff were fantastic and very service minded. The guys at the amazing pool were especially nice, and learned our names after a day or two. We also had a great breakfast, both buffet and à la carte, apart from the bacon, which wasn't to our taste. That's life. We arranged airport pickup and were taken straight up to our suite. Calling it an apartment might be more accurate: it was beautiful, kept in perfect condition, and everything felt right. The club lounge was a lovely place to unwind with light snacks. The only letdown was the cocktails included in the lounge offer. It meant wine, champagne, Negroni or gin, which we wouldn't call cocktails, but we're nitpicking. The hotel isn't near the skytrain, so we used Grab to get around. We can definitely see ourselves coming back to Bangkok.

The room stayed spotless and comfortable throughout our visit, thanks to the housekeeping team. We were also touched by a handwritten card from the staff, a warm little gesture that showed how much care they put into hospitality. The bed felt a bit too soft and wasn't great for my back. When we mentioned it, they removed the topper right away without hesitation. That quick response made a real difference. From the moment we arrived, the staff were professional and attentive to small details, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. We loved our time at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok and would happily return.

The kids club was outstanding. Sophia was especially kind and patient, and made our one-year-old feel really special. Weeks later, he still smiles when he watches videos of himself playing with her, which meant a lot to us as parents. We had a great stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok. It was the most aesthetic and clean-feeling hotel of our long trip, with calm design and lovely upkeep throughout. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I could live there forever. Breakfast was consistently good, and the One Bangkok area was quiet, high-end and convenient. We were glad to have % Arabica nearby for coffee runs. A comfortable, polished city hotel that works well for families. We'd absolutely stay again.

Niki and the restaurant team made us feel especially welcome, and nearly everyone we met was warm and professional. Housekeeping and room service were spot on too. We spent three lovely nights at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok during Lunar New Year. Our room was high up, with a breathtaking view that made the festive season feel even more special.

Clement and his team made the stay feel personal from beginning to end, with such warm, attentive care. We also loved the pool, where the food was great and the service thoughtful. Our room was beautiful, and the complimentary upgrade came with a stunning view over the city park. We couldn't have asked for more. This is easily the best hotel we've ever stayed at, and belongs among the very best in the world.
