The Secret Service Bed and Breakfast Hotel

My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, and it was good value for the price. The spy theme gives the place a cool, different feel from a typical hotel. It's in the middle of everything but still tucked away enough to be nice and quiet. One thing to know is that it isn't wheelchair friendly. I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs from the ground floor.

A nice, comfortable place for a night or two, and well located near Khaosan Road. The bed was clean, the bathroom decent, and the air conditioning worked. Unfortunately, there was no balcony.

The room was spotless, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, close to everything. Excellent hostel, definitely recommended!

The room was awful. They gave us an extra bed with hair and dust all over the mattress, and the beds were so hard and uncomfortable that a good night's sleep was impossible. The noise in the mornings was unbearable every day. My friend, who stayed on the first floor, told me she couldn't sleep because the owner's child kept shouting loudly. It felt like they didn't care about guests' comfort. There was also an incident when my boyfriend was smoking in a public area near the restaurant next door, not in front of the hotel. The owner came out and rudely told him to stop, saying her son was playing upstairs. He wasn't even near the hotel, and it was a public space. From our first day, we felt unwelcome, as if they didn't want us there. The staff were rude, and I couldn't help feeling it was because we're Asian. Other foreigners got big smiles and cheerful hellos, while we got rude looks and a bad attitude. The whole experience was awful, and I wouldn't stay again or recommend it. It isn't worth the money or frustration.
