2/10
The beds were uncomfortable and kept moving when we shifted around. We booked a king, but apparently there aren't any here: they joined two singles, and you could feel the gap. The hotel was also too far from transportation and way too expensive for what you get. The photos and reviews seemed to be for the wrong page because the place didn't look like the pictures. The rooms are old and dated, and need a lot of renovation and repairs. It was clean, and right in front of a tourist attraction, with a 7-Eleven and plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. That's all I can say in its favor. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok.

The concierge and doorman were 11/10, no notes. Our rooms were nice, but that was about it. We had to wait three and a half hours after check-in before both rooms were ready, which seriously affected how I felt about the stay.

The rooms are a good size and come with a fridge, microwave, and other basics. The location is the standout, directly opposite one of Bangkok's best places to visit. There's no room service or restaurant for food, and no rooms with breakfast. That's the only issue.

A little noisy on the river side, but the staff were fantastic and the location was good. We could hop on a boat for 21 baht and head off to explore anywhere. It was fantastic.

Good service all around, with good housekeeping, management, and staff. I left this hotel today after a week, and already miss my room at sunreno. Respect to the staff from me.
