The pod setup gave me plenty of privacy, so I didn’t feel awkward or worry about who was around me. Lockers were large and felt secure, with lots of room for clothes and other things, and they cleaned my pod every day. Everything was really clean, including the dorm and bathrooms. I stayed for three nights and found the hostel very comfortable. It’s right on the main road, easy to get around, and there’s a 7-Eleven about 50 metres away. If I return to Bangkok, I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is good and the place is clean. The day shift guy was very nice, while the night shift guy didn’t speak English and the big guy looked very unfriendly. They give you two small bottles of water every day, which was good, and paid laundry service is available. I’d seen mostly positive backpacker reviews of the dorms, but I stayed in the Deluxe private room on the first floor, and it was horrible. It was very dark, with almost no direct light all day, and smelled strongly of mold. I paid a hotel price for a basement room, which really affected my experience. In the photos, there’s no light even at 9:00 am, and the dirty bathroom window looks onto a tall wall and nothing else. I don’t recommend the first-floor private room.
The private room was tidy and nice, and very good value for the money. The cafe is great, and you get a discount on its products while staying at the hostel. The location also works well for spending time in the Silom area. The staff had a level of arrogance, rudeness, and hostility that really ruined the vibe. No hello, no smile, no thank you, nothing. One other small downside is that outside food and drinks aren’t allowed in the rooms.
A good, upmarket hostel, and I’d stay again. The pod beds are semi-private, with TVs that connect to Bluetooth headphones and Wi-Fi for signing in to your streaming services. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. The cafe out front was pricey for Bangkok, but the food and drinks were good quality.
The price is moderate, the service is appropriate, and the beds are spacious for a hostel. The dining area is a bit poor, but at this price I can forgive that. The air conditioning is comfortable, and above all, the toilet is clean. The shower facilities are very good too, with four compartments each. There’s a little noise. Since the beds are split across the first and second floors, try to get the first floor if you can.
