Tierra Residences

We spent four nights here, staying in two different rooms, and both were super clean. There’s a cafe and massage service on site, while the alley entrance has local food stalls. A few minutes away on foot, we found a petrol station, massage places, 7-11, Watson, bus stops, and a range of food options. The property is about a 10-minute walk from the BTS. One small suggestion for tourists: it’d be nice to have drinking water on hot days, perhaps from a dispenser at reception.

Tierra Residence was good value for the comfort and facilities, and it’s close to essential shops and services even though it’s a little way from central Bangkok. The apartments have lots of room to relax and come equipped for short or longer stays, with a kettle, washer, iron, kitchen utensils, and fridge. There’s a TV in both the living room and bedroom, plus a clean, well-kept swimming pool. The on-site restaurant made meals easy. I’d recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, moderately priced, well-equipped stay near Bangkok.

We found plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. Our room was spacious, very clean, looked new, and was really quiet. The shuttle to Gateway Center / Ekkamai BTS came in handy when we didn’t feel like walking the 10 minutes. Seems like a good choice for a longer stay.

The building’s restaurant was nice, and I also liked the massage ladies in the shop by the gym. A foot massage there felt great after a tiring day. I stayed for three weeks and was very happy with the clean, good-sized room, which had a washer, kettle, and large fridge. It was a short walk to the BTS and a supermarket. One issue: the bath and shower were hard for me to get in and out of at 6'3", even though I’m young. I wouldn’t suggest that kind of room for my older parents or anyone with mobility issues.
