The rooms are large and clean, and everything in mine worked. Staff are lovely, and the food is good. The breakfast buffet is huge, and both the bruschetta and mushroom soup I had were beautiful. There's a nice pool area. The hotel is outside central Bangkok, but there's everything you need right on the doorstep. My only negative is that the Wi-Fi isn't secure.

The staff were really welcoming, and the room was comfortable with plenty of space: a wardrobe, desk, little sofa, and big bed. The bed and pillows deserve a special mention because they were so comfortable. Breakfast was all right and had lots of options, though it all looked a bit cheap. The room faced a parking building, so the view was basically nonexistent. Even on the sixth floor, there wasn't much light. I'd still recommend it and would come back.

We stayed five nights with our tour group in Dec. 2025. It's a moderately priced hotel, not fancy, and the rooms are on the small side, but they're very clean and the beds are comfortable. The Skytrain is about a 10-minute walk away, and we used it every day. Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of Western and Asian choices. The staff made the stay special. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and restaurant servers to housekeeping, went out of their way to make sure we were happy. When the airline broke a wheel on my suitcase, maintenance fixed it within two hours for free. The manager, Khun Oh, was great, always around and happy to answer questions. We also found lovely, quiet Santhiphap Park diagonally across the street. It has a jogging path and more than a dozen large monitor lizards wandering around the ponds. Really cool. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The location worked really well for me, with a 15-20 minute walk to Pratunam, CentralWorld and Platinum mall. There’s also plenty of street food and massage places just outside, and the pool, lounge and bar looked good. Breakfast was the same each day, mostly American-style: pastries, coffee, eggs, salads and fruit, with little Thai food. My first room was in the annex at the front. It had a king bed and sofa and was fine, though the walls looked worn and marked. At check-in I had to ask for a proper clean because there was hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The room also wasn’t soundproof. On my second or third night through the fourth, I heard loud fighting from another room and couldn’t sleep. The concierge checked after I called and it stopped, but it happened again, so I complained after several sleepless nights. They offered a room in the main building at 3 a.m., but I didn’t move then. The next morning, even though the concierge on duty hadn’t been told about the offer, I was told the couple would check out and hoped for a quiet night. I still asked to move rather than take the chance. They transferred me to a huge, clean, nice suite in the main building. The service throughout was really commendable. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to BKK.
