Breakfast was marvelous, with lots of fresh, delicious choices, and the peaceful, beautifully kept pool was a lovely place to relax after exploring Bangkok. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed. Some furnishings look a little older, but they were well maintained and gave the place classic charm. At Shangri-La Bangkok, the staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help with warm smiles. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our stay feel welcoming and special from start to finish. I highly recommend it for the service, comfort, and relaxed atmosphere, and would gladly return.

A room issue when we arrived could have been an inconvenience, but the team dealt with it quickly, professionally, and with care. They moved us to an upgraded suite that exceeded our expectations and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the stay. Every interaction with staff was warm, respectful, and professional. We appreciated the management's attention and how well they handled everything. Shangri-La Bangkok is a beautiful hotel with a team that truly cares about guests. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious, and the fitness center, sauna, and steam room were all well kept and made it easy to unwind. What really made our stay at Shangri-La Hotel special, though, was the staff. Khun Nuch, Khun Fon, Khun Tar and Khun Champ were professional, warm, and attentive from the first welcome onward. We had a memorable stay and would love to return.

I can’t comment on the rooms, since I’ve only come here to pick up tourists and was also invited on the dinner Cruise. The cruise was just the right size, uncrowded, and lovely for a romantic meal or dinner with friends and family. The food was delicious and hygienic, service stayed attentive, and staff kept explaining things and making sure drinks and dishes were replenished. It was a calm, beautiful evening on the Chaophraya river, not a party boat with lots of lights and noise. Check-in and getting dropped off were quicker than with a huge cruise. Inside, the lobby, restroom, and Riverside restaurants were clean and neat, and the staff were professional. I really liked it and would recommend booking ahead to save time. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Mr. Chiratheep D, the Guest Relations Manager, made us feel at home with his personal attention and professional service. We spent four enjoyable nights here. Our room was upgraded to a spacious one with a clear view of the beautiful river, and it was clean and elegant, with a comfortable bed and fresh linen. We also enjoyed authentic, delicious meals at Next2, Shang Palace and Volti Tuscan restaurants. The hotel is centrally located, and the sky station is within walking distance. Highly recommend.
