I’d give the service negative stars if I could. We arrived with our backpacks and asked to rent a room for under 12 hours. The first mLe employee said that was okay and charged us $890 BHT. Then a second, female employee made us leave early because it wasn’t a hotel checkout time. We only got to use the room for a few hours, and they gave us no refund. I don’t recommend it.

The rooms were decent, and the restroom was good. It’s a bit far from the metro, though still walkable from the junction. Sometimes the air conditioning switches on and off. An okay room for travelers overall.

It’s a two-minute walk to the local 7-11 and around seven minutes to Mrt Sutthisan. My room was nice and clean, and the hotel has an elevator, which helped since I had a lot of luggage. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

The location is great, with the MRT, 7eleven, and a laundry service right next door. There’s also a local noodle stand across from the hotel with great soup noodles. The room was big enough and had a mini fridge, hair dryer, and hot water shower. The bed was comfortable, not hard. But the cleanliness could be better: there were stains on the washroom basin, toilets, and mini fridge. A washing machine that seemed to run constantly made noise all night, and you could hear people in the corridor. At check-in, they asked for the full payment plus a 1000 THB deposit, which hadn’t been mentioned beforehand. We’d come from the airport in the middle of the night just to pay for the hotel and buy food the next day until we could find a superrich money exchanger. It was really disappointing not to know about the deposit in advance. We had to leave our passport instead.
