I called the owner just to ask about room prices and the security deposit so I’d know how much to prepare. She said there was no point asking if rooms weren’t available and wanted to know when I planned to move in. I explained I was only gathering information, and she called me thoughtless. Her manners were awful. If she isn’t ready to offer service, she shouldn’t be doing this.

The location is handy, with an easy walk to Ladprao MRT station. The room and furniture are old, but still livable for a mid-range place. The host isn’t friendly, and the caretaker doesn’t seem to care about the tenants. They should work on their service manners.

Very clean accommodation, with security around the clock, which made me feel at ease. There’s parking underground and behind the building. It’s also near Japanese restaurants and the MRT. Excellent!
