I paid a 3,000 baht deposit, but they won't return it. The building offers three- or six-month stays, yet it doesn't feel set up for long-term living. There's no balcony for drying clothes, and the building's washing machine only washes, it doesn't dry. You can't cook in the room, and food is hard to find nearby. Since I can only eat halal food, I need to cook, so living here for a long stay is difficult.

I like that the rooms are spacious and reasonably priced, and there are lots of room types to choose from. Security is good too, with two key cards.

It's quiet and peaceful here, with no noise. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.
