The host was quick to respond and helped with restaurant ideas nearby, and public transit is close. The rooms, bed, bathroom, and AC were all great, with some water and little free snacks in the lobby. Everything else about the place was perfect for me, just be prepared to climb stairs. Highly recommend!

The people here were so kind and helpful. One woman especially made me feel comfortable and safe in the middle of the big city, though I’m sorry I’ve misplaced her name. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. I’d definitely stay again.

The receptionist was incredibly kind, and the building and room were spotless, nicely furnished, and well laid out. The location is very central, too. Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I highly recommend it!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and there was plenty of room for two of us. Urban House was spotless and turned out to be more than the right choice. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Bangkok.

We always love staying at Urban House when we come to Bangkok. The hosts are warm and kind, and they give great food recommendations around the area plus directions to nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the place has everything I need. There’s laundry, AC, and a water dispenser on site too! :)
