I liked that reception had cold water and coffee available for everyone all day. The room was clean, though there weren't many outlets, and the pratunam night market was a little far away. I stayed three days and found everything good.

Good location and good service. The hotel was completely full, and checkout was at 12:00. They didn't keep calling and disturbing us, though they called at 12:15 about checkout. For this price, it was worth it.

They ask for a 100 THB deposit for each key, which they return when you check out and hand the key back. You can leave luggage there for free before check-in or after checkout. Good location too, and for the price it's a good hotel. I had a very good experience.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. There's a complimentary shuttle to nearby places, and the hotel has all the facilities while still being away from the city noise. It's a 10-20 minute walk from Bangkok's main shopping area around platinum mall.

A relaxing place in a great Thailand location. The hotel looks beautiful and feels clean and modern. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. I'd highly recommend it.
