Getting to MRT and One Bangkok on foot was easy, which made the location really convenient. The pool feels calm and private, and the floating animal balls are adorable and fun for photos. It has a luxurious feel while still being cozy, like a hidden gem in Bangkok. The food was actually delicious, not just good for hotel food. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service made the stay even better. 10/10, I’d stay again for a chill, luxurious city break.

The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They made us feel cared for, almost like we were coming home. The pool is adorable, and the little animal floats were a thoughtful touch that made it extra special. Villa Deva Resort & Hotel Bangkok is clean, calm, and beautifully designed, like a peaceful oasis in the city. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily return. Highly recommended for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Bangkok with kind service.

Being next to Lumphini Park was a real highlight. During our stay, the park had an evening event with food stalls, live entertainment, and beautiful city views, which made the trip even better. Service was excellent from arrival: the concierge welcomed us warmly and handled our bags carefully, and reception made check-in smooth with professional, courteous attention to detail. The rooms are more spacious than average, thoughtfully designed with understated elegance, and comfortable and peaceful. I’d especially recommend booking a room with direct pool access, available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. It was a relaxing, memorable stay, and I’d gladly return.

This was my third or fourth stay, and this time was awful. I booked an executive suite with pool access for around USD$1400, hoping to enjoy a family holiday in a larger room. The hotel ruined our holiday. The service, especially around delivery, was very bad. On my first visit, staff brought the food delivery straight to the room, which was efficient and helpful. After my last stay, they promised by email that service would improve. But on the final day of that stay, they couldn’t bring the delivery up, and it wasn’t family or baby friendly. I was busy caring for my baby and settling in, yet staff rushed me to collect it from the lobby. I have written proof of the promise, which is why I came back, but it happened again. I spoke to staff and the manager at reception, who said they’d get back to me. We waited until our last day and still heard nothing. They were disrespectful and unprofessional. I don’t consider this family or baby friendly anymore, and it wasn’t worth a penny in Bangkok. The room facilities were dirty too: there was a blood stain on a cushion when we arrived, and food was left all over the corridor floor every day. The hygiene was horrible.
