Nina Guesthouse

The staff were really friendly, especially the woman at reception. The location also worked well for Khao San Road and the older part of the city, with the last stop on the temple-hopping route within walking distance. I left very early and accidentally dropped my water bottle in the lobby. It made a huge bang, probably waking staff who were catching up on sleep. Sorry about that!

The shared bathrooms were clean, with decent showers, and there’s one on each floor. Check-in is contactless and easy, though it meant we couldn’t get in early, which was frustrating for us. The location is unbelievable, very close to kha san road, so it’s a great fit if you’re into partying. Really nice place to stay!

The only thing I missed was a shared kitchen and dining space. If you bring back takeaway or fruit, you have to ask for cutlery and eat in the waiting area by the entrance. Otherwise, I was very comfortable at Nina Guesthouse. It’s exceptionally clean, right down to the stairs, and guests leave their shoes at the door. My room was a good size, with a comfortable queen bed and a bathroom stocked with shower, shampoo, and body wash. They left two free bottles of water each day. Khao San Road is a short walk away, and the monument bus station isn’t too far either.

We had a great stay. The photos matched what we found, and the woman at the front desk was really kind. I’d recommend this place.
