It’s on a busy street, so you’re within walking distance of lots of restaurants and other places, including a BTS station. You will hear traffic, though, since the rooms aren’t soundproof. Some rooms allow smoking, but there wasn’t much lingering smoke smell. For the price, it’s a nice place, with air conditioning, hot water for showers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and breakfast included. The service was good, and the front desk is open 24 hours.

Helpful staff, good wifi, and a patio, though the billboard blocks the view. There’s no elevator, just a heads up. The large rooms are clean, and the price with breakfast is great. You’re right by the BTS stop and near a TON of good food. It’s not a luxury stop, but it’s great if you’re really getting around the city.

The balcony view was blocked by an advertisement, and the place is clearly a bit old. Breakfast was included but a bit poor. Still, it was clean and the service friendly, even if they didn’t understand English perfectly. It served my needs.
