The price was good, and the location was convenient. It’s about 150 metres from the BTS, with food and a 7-Eleven just a few minutes’ walk away. We got the self-check-in instructions by email before arriving, which worked well. Then, on our last night, the basin pipe burst while we were away. We came back around midnight to find every floor flooded, including our room. All our luggage, souvenirs, and pretty much everything else was soaked. We called the host, and the maid arrived seven minutes later to clean up. Afterward, the host gave us neither compensation nor an apology.

The triple room was well equipped, with a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and TV. Shampoo and soap were stocked, so you just need to sleep. Self check-in was superb, and the accommodation was good.

A nice room for a cheap price. It has an auto-lock door and is about two minutes from BTS Ratchathewi. Siam is one BTS stop away, and there’s a 711 nearby too.

The owner was friendly, and it’s a nice place. There’s no elevator, though. It was easy enough to find since it’s close to BTS Ratchatewi.
