The parking charge for one night came to 360 baht, which I paid in a hurry as I tried to get out of there. The policy was the most frustrating part. Nobody told me I needed four stamps until checkout. Someone at Bangkok insurance reminded me to stamp the ticket, so I put one stamp on it like I'd done elsewhere. At the hotel, the stamps were left out for anyone to take, which made the four-stamp rule on a small ticket seem pointless. Anyone could stamp it 100 times. I've lived in Thailand for 10 years and never run into a parking policy this illogical and stupid. I was staying for a graduation at QSNCC. Check-in was poor: the receptionist had no expression and gave me no directions, so I carried my bags up the stairs. I didn't realize the elevators were under the stairs until I got to the second floor. On the other hand, the male staff member at my 6 AM checkout was excellent. Management should control the stamps if the parking provider requires a certain number for overtime. Keep them behind the counter and issue them based on the length of stay, or at least explain the rules clearly to first-time guests. People can't be expected to guess internal policies.

The room had a lovely view and was very clean. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to get a ride from this central city location. There's a private fridge, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well. I'm not sure this is entirely a hotel area, but that didn't really affect my stay. I had a wonderful time here and in Thailand, and would use the hotel again if I return.

Large rooms are available, and the beds are springy. Breakfast is provided, with hard-boiled eggs, toast, and tea. The complex also has a cafe, coffee, smoothies, RX, and a restaurant, plus a TTH market on the sidewalk. Staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is good. There's a Smart TV too.

The room was in good shape, comfortable, really clean, and quiet. The staff were polite, and the location was decent, close to MRT and One Bangkok. Still, checkout was an odd hassle. They made me wait while they “checked the room,” even though I was only there for one night. I live in Thailand and have never had this happen here or elsewhere. It delayed me enough to make me late for an appointment. Management should avoid inconveniencing guests that way.

I think the hotel is part of a kindergarten centre, and you may hear children running around in the morning. Earplugs should take care of it. The single rooms are super clean, affordable, and close to Lamphini Park. Staff were great too. I'll definitely stay here again on a future Bangkok visit.
