There was no local transport available, and the place felt isolated, far from markets, the metro, and other well-known spots. The rooms were dirty, with plenty of bugs and mosquitoes. We had no WiFi or room service, and the staff were unhelpful and behaved badly. We booked under the name Zen Rooms, but the actual place was PP plus mansion. I have plenty more to say, but my advice is simple: don't stay here.

I couldn't find any ZEN Rooms sign, only PP PLUS. The receptionist said PP PLUS and ZEN ROOMS are the same property. The place itself was clean and hygienic, though local transport is about a 1 km walk away.

Really good, and the price is cheap.
