I've stayed here about five times and keep being impressed. The kids were happy playing in the water all day, and the clean house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need if you like to cook. If cooking feels like too much, you can get supplies in Cha-am or order delivery. Once, there was a water issue, but they called a technician who arrived to check it within 10 minutes. I love this place!

Cooking here is easy, with a separate Thai kitchen, an air fryer, a washing machine, and a filter that provides hot and cold water. Bring whatever ingredients you like. There's room to park two cars conveniently, plus another spot in front of the house. If you don't feel like cooking, vendors regularly drive by, 7-Eleven delivers, and you can order drinks by phone any time, 24/7. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is icy cold, and there's Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a ready-to-use sound system.

For the price, I was really disappointed. The house was dirty, had lots of broken things, and didn't look like the photos. There was mold in the dome-shaped room. I'm glad I only booked two nights. I reported the problems so they could be fixed, but got no compensation at all.

The owner was very kind, and the house was clean and comfortable. It's also a reasonable distance from Cha-am beach. I'll definitely come back next time 🥰
