Eco Cozy Beachfront Resort Chaam

Good place, that’s it. The staff service was terrible. I felt like a beggar asking for drinks and water that I was willing to pay for, even at their overly high prices. The food was bad, especially the set meal, where they were cutting corners on things they shouldn’t.

The stay itself was fairly comfortable, somewhere in the middle rather than especially good or bad. But I found a serious hazard beside the children's pool: several nails are sticking up where a child could step on one, and they look rusty. I’m worried about an injury, tetanus, and possible hospital claims. It's hard to understand how so many people pass that spot without reporting it. Why has nobody raised this with Eco Cozy before? Is this that same lackadaisical “Thai attitude” again? I reported it to staff. They took photos, documented it, and checked the damage themselves. The manager was off duty, and I would have preferred to speak with them directly because this is a real health risk. I hope it is fixed right away and not ignored. Please make sure the manager is informed, resolve it to my satisfaction, and show me photos proving it has been addressed. Once it’s corrected, I’ll update my review.

A quiet spot in Cha-am, with several pools, swim-up rooms, and a nice view. The beach is pleasant at low tide, and the place can host large parties.

The room was thoughtfully designed and decorated, and breakfast was good, with care put into the restaurant's decor too. What really made our family trip happy, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, gentle, kind, and ready to help, and they paid attention to what guests needed. We’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Cha-am.
