Lumpini Sea View at Cha Am Beach by Earn

The place is spotless, from the rooms and elevators to the outside areas, and clearly well cared for. The guards and lobby staff were polite and smiled. I stayed for a month and was very happy. The pool is clean and a good size for swimming. The gym is okay, with air conditioning and fans. Dumbbells go up to 30 Lbs, about 15kg, and it would be nice to have double that in future. I’ll definitely pick this place again when I’m next in Cha-Am 👍

I enjoyed most of my six months at Lumpini Sea View condominiums, and the security and cleaning staff were friendly and amazing. The owners and managers, though, came across as greedy and unreasonable. They don’t seem to understand normal wear and tear as set out in Thai law, and they play hardball over every baht of the deposit. I’d been ready to give five stars, but prospective tenants should AVOID LUMPINI SEAVIEW CONDOMINIUMS!

It’s nice waking up to the quiet here. The staff do a great job keeping the building and grounds clean, and there are good mountain views. The beach is just a short walk away. A great place.

The place felt full of scammers and people who don’t care. Our first room had cockroaches everywhere, bird droppings on the balcony, and bed bugs bit us. Before moving to another room, we told the staff, and they said they’d clean it properly. At checkout, they said we had to pay extra for that cleaning, even though it wasn’t in the contract. We’d discussed a one-month contract before signing, but afterwards saw it said two months, and they wanted to charge us extra. Maybe they don’t have enough residents or money, I don’t know. We ran the clothes dryer for an hour and paid 70THB, but our clothes were still wet, and nobody resolved it.
