Sasivimol deserves a special thank you. Her warmth, care, and attention to detail made our visit unforgettable, and she made us feel truly valued. The welcoming atmosphere came from the whole team. Every staff member we met seemed happy, engaged, and glad to help from the moment we arrived. We've stayed at many Marriott brands, but Sheraton Hua Hin stands above them for us. We can't recommend the resort enough and are already looking forward to returning.

The pool was the best part, especially with our spacious room opening straight onto it. The beachfront restaurant was the strongest food option, and the restaurant meals were generally good. But service was hard to get, even though the staff were kind and helpful once we caught their attention. Food took ages, and starters sometimes came with the main or after we'd finished it. The Italian restaurant only opened Fridays and Saturdays, too. For a place presenting itself as five-star, the room felt dated despite being large, and basic items were missing: no shampoo or shower gel by the bathtub, and an empty minibar. It was a pleasant stay with potential, but service and attention to detail need work.

The warm, attentive restaurant staff always make us feel welcome. Thanks to Dream at The Deck Restaurant breakfast team, Khun Surat at Luna Lanai, and the whole Concierge Team for being so friendly and service-minded. FOM Khun Nam and the Front Desk team also took great care of me and my daughter, making everything smooth and relaxing during our stay on 30 April. Their hospitality made it memorable, and we hope to return soon.

The buffet really impressed us, with excellent food and drinks. Khun Oh and the other restaurant staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We live nearby, so we'll definitely be back often.
