I spent 11 days here in January 2018 and would book again if I stayed in this part of the old city. The location, staff, and cost worked well for me, and once I changed rooms the rest of my stay was pleasant. They happily moved me after two nights from a street-facing room where traffic and noisy guests upstairs were keeping me up, to a higher floor away from the road. There are six breakfast choices included in the price, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. A few things to know: there’s no elevator, and the bathroom is set outside where you might expect a balcony. You have to step down to go out there, then step up again to reach the shower and toilet. It was a little annoying, though the layout itself didn’t really bother me. Water pressure also varied.

We lived here from Aug 2019 to Feb 2020. For a long stay, the price felt very worthwhile, and I loved the location. Our room was in a dark corner, so a fan was enough most of the time. They didn’t overcharge us for electricity either.

We stayed three days and loved it. The room was clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and nice. I’d go for the triple room. Thanks cm apartment, we’ll be back!
