Noku Phuket

The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty, and the noodle soup was my favorite part of the morning. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening. The food was excellent, though the restaurant was surprisingly empty. We wondered whether most guests preferred eating in their villas or somewhere outside. It didn't bother us, but we did notice. Our three nights in a pool villa at Noku Phuket were a great chance to relax together and switch off. The villa was modern, spacious, and beautiful, with a large stylish bathroom and an amazing private pool. We spent most of our time there and really liked the privacy. When we ordered dinner to the villa, the staff brought it quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. The hotel bar was lovely, with an incredible view over Phuket. We also enjoyed the buggy service, which some guests might find unusual. For us, it was fun and different, and one was always available within three to four minutes. Sometimes we walked back to the villa after breakfast instead. It's a bit steep, but completely doable. The hotel is in a quiet area with little around it, which suited us because we wanted peace. The stay exceeded our expectations and had everything we'd expect from a five-star hotel. We had an incredible time and wished we could stay longer, but the hotel was fully booked. We'd highly recommend Noku Phuket and definitely come back.

We live in Phuket and sometimes book a local hotel for the weekend just to change things up. This one is close to our village, so the location worked perfectly for us, though tourists might not like it as much. We stayed in spacious room C103 and especially liked the decorative wall behind the mirror. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the whole place felt very peaceful. At night the frogs were loud, but that didn't bother us. Breakfast had a good range of choices for a hotel that didn't seem crowded. The pork sausages had a strange texture and taste, though, and the cappuccino was quite sweet even without sugar, possibly because of the milk they used. We had dinner there too. The food tasted good, and the waiter gave excellent service. We were very impressed with the place.

After an unexpected month away from home, we were genuinely sorry to leave Noku Phuket. It had started to feel like our second home, and the whole team made the stay memorable. The General Manager was warm and helpful, and kept checking in on us. Restaurant staff, reception, drivers, and housekeeping were all welcoming and attentive, and over time we felt more like family than guests. Our room was quiet, very comfortable, and equipped for a longer stay. The hotel was peaceful, clean, and well maintained, with a pool that felt just the right size and beautiful sunset views. The on-site food choices are somewhat limited, but ordering through Grab worked smoothly, and staff brought deliveries to our room. We stayed for just under a month because of personal circumstances, which gave us plenty of time to get to know the place. We’ve stayed at many good hotels around the world, and this was the best value for money we’ve experienced. We’re very grateful for the stay and can’t recommend it highly enough.

The hills make this place feel wonderfully peaceful, and getting around the secluded resort in a golf cart was easy since staff are available around the clock. The team were so kind and attentive, and we’d love to come back. Even after checkout, the staff let us stay on the property until our 11 pm flight. They happily extended checkout from 11 to 2:30, then we had tea at 3, a massage and facials at 4, and dinner at the hotel restaurant at 7. I’m writing because that meal was so tasty. I also learned from the menu that much of the produce is grown right there. We had a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom were great, and having our own private pool gave my friend and me so much fun. One of the best experiences of the trip, 10/10.
