Really bad. There were mosquitoes and lizards in the rooms. We got mosquito bites and rashes on our skin.

We were lucky to have Daria helping with the rental, and I just want to say a heartfelt thank you. She explained everything when we viewed the villa, including the utility details, prices, what was covered, what wasn’t, and how and where to pay. She also helped when translation got difficult, sent the contract ahead for us to review, and was there when we signed it. Daria photographed the meters, pointed out things to watch for in the house, and suggested places near the villa. She also shared visa information. Even after we moved in, she stayed in touch. We really appreciated all her help.

The villa is in a quiet, tucked-away spot, away from the busy road, while still having everything nearby. The area is great, and I liked the large pool and the quality of the service.

Good value and very close to the beach. It’s a great spot for eating and relaxing, just five minutes from Robinson Shopping Plaza.
