This hotel misleads people. I rented a room for a month, but they only gave me 25 days. The electricity and water bills were extremely high, and it seemed like a system meant to deceive foreigners. The air conditioners and other appliances were broken, the power kept going out, and the refrigerator didn’t cool. You aren’t allowed to bring food into the hotel or order it from outside. The place was very dirty and never cleaned. There was no staff, they wouldn’t even accept packages, and the entrance door was locked from the outside with a code, like being in prison. If something happened to you, nobody could rescue you. There was no security or cleaning staff. The facilities were terrible, and I’d never stay here again. You can easily find other hotels or houses for 2000-2500 baht a month, including electricity and water. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

On the plus side, the room was clean. That was it. The staff were surly, there was nowhere to park the car, and there was no soap or anything for the shower. Hope the breakfast is better.

It’s an inexpensive residence near the market and ROBINSON Department store. You can find plenty of food before bed, but in the morning there isn’t much beyond the residence’s breakfast.

Good location, with the option to rent it as a serviced apartment, including all the stuff and cleaning, or just as a room. If you take only the room, you need to buy everything yourself, like bedding, towels, soap, pillows, and toiletries. Free Wi-Fi and TV.

I couldn’t get the WiFi to work, and it made the stay uncomfortable. I went downstairs and talked to a woman, who said, “Don’t worry, it will be better soon.” But that was just something she said, and I still couldn’t connect to the internet or do anything. It was disappointing. Two months later, I had to say goodbye.
