This is a warning about a scam, not a review of the hotel itself. Don't book through Booking, Agoda, or Oyo. They won't accept the booking, and they don't help you. I don't know why. I'll remove this review once the hotel listing is gone from those platforms.

The beds aren't good.

The place is easy to find food around, but the room isn't worth the price. The sheets and towels weren't very clean, and the service was terrible. When I called to ask if a room was available, they spoke loudly, got angry with me, and were very impolite. Not worth the money.

We ended up wasting time and money, and I'd give this a negative five-star rating. We had booked a room for four on Booking.com a month ahead, but when we arrived, the front desk could see our reservation and still wouldn't give us the room. They demanded that we cancel or pay over 600 baht for an extra room for two. The staff acted like we had to pay to cancel. Booking.com was even more outrageous: they couldn't fix it and only offered us several pricier hotels. I sincerely believe the hotel and Booking.com both deceive consumers. Please be wary of accommodation scams.
