My single room was quite run down, so this suits people who aren’t too concerned about comfort or having a good view from the window. Still, it felt safe to leave luggage in the hall. The host I met was kind and welcoming, and the place is cheap, conveniently close to the city centre and a traditional local market.

The staff are lovely and friendly. The location is great for going out, just down the road from Zoe in Yellow, a popular backpacker bar in Chiang Mai. The famous Sunday Night Market is only a five-minute walk away, and the place is great value.

The bathroom was moldy and the room was generally dirty. There were loads of mosquitoes inside even though we had the AC on and never opened the windows. You could find a better place for the same price.

The location is perfect, and the single room was clean and good for the price. It’s a nice guesthouse with friendly people, especially the woman who looks after the house. She was always kind, helpful, and smiling.

It’s cheap and the location is pretty good, but there was mold and mosquitoes in the room. The staff weren’t helpful at all.
